Receivers & Down Converters
Both receiver and down converter are USB powered and operated. The VT-DC-70 down converter can be installed near or in the head of an existing or new telemetry receiving antenna eliminating long RF cable runs with attendant high-frequency signal losses and need for a low-noise amplifier. It down converts the L, Upper L, S and NATO RF Bands to 70 MHz making it compatible with the IF input on most telemetry receivers.
The VT-IF-70 receiver is designed to be used with the VT-DC-70 down converter providing a complete receiver system. With single or dual channel capability, integrated post detection combiner and USB interface it is the perfect receiver system for use with desktop, rack mounted and laptop computers.
The down converter and receiver are available in a 5-1/4 inch high rack mounting PC chassis supplied complete with operating software.
Decoms & Bit Synchronizers
The PCI-SD4 is the input card for JDA's software decom. Shown is the signal input/output breakout box. The PCI-SD4 can be used with VuSoft software for a full performance, one to four stream telemetry recording, display and analysis system. VuSoft libraries are available for most telemetry formats. VuSoft software is provided free-of-charge with the PCI-SD4 and provides IRIG106 Chapter 4 recording, display and export.
The BSYS4 bit synchronizer is a daughter card for the PCI-SD4 that supports one to four streams at bit rates up to 20 Mbps per stream. Input code types include NRZ-L/M/S, BIO-L/M/, DM-M/S and RNRZ/RNRZR-9/11/15/17/23
USB Decom and Bit Sync
The USB-SD4 is a one to four stream software based decom with optional bit sync packaged in a “brick-sized” enclosure. Programming and data output use the USB 2.0 bus that is provided on most computers. It is ideal for use with laptops in portable systems. Provided with VuQuick software for IRIG106 Chapter 4 format streams or may be used with VuSoft for a full performance telemetry recording, display and analysis system.
