Representatives are the front-line customer contact and their sales training is an ongoing process. Each of the individual representatives in the US and Canada receive training at least once a year. The regional sales managers are responsible for training and utilize the product line manager and engineering management as necessary. Training ranges from a classroom setting for one or more organizations to a one-on-one session for single-person organizations. Training usually includes one or more days of product presentations to primary customers by company personnel and the representative, which reinforces knowledge gained in the training session.
